Yatishara Studio (“Studio”) is a creative production platform at studio.yatishara.com, owned and operated by Mercury Technologies (“Mercury Technologies”, “we”, “us”) in Trinidad and Tobago. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Who this applies to

This policy covers people who create an account, purchase Studio plans or credits, buy Academy courses, use Creative Network features, or otherwise use Studio. Related Yatishara websites (including yatishara.com and link.yatishara.com) may have their own notices where they differ.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address, username, profile details, and authentication records (including email magic links / one-time codes).
• Billing data: plan selections, invoice history, credit balances, and payment references. Card details are processed by our payment partners (for example Wam); we do not store full card numbers on Studio servers.
• Content you upload or generate: project files, images, video, audio, scripts, prompts, briefs, and related metadata needed to run the product.
• Communications: messages you send in Studio (including Creative Network / DMs), support requests, and WhatsApp or email you send to our team about Studio.
• Usage and device data: product events, approximate location derived from IP, browser/app type, and technical logs for security and reliability.

3. How we use information

• Provide, secure, and improve Studio (accounts, generation, storage, editing, Academy, network features).
• Process payments, prevent fraud, and handle refunds or chargebacks.
• Send transactional email (sign-in links, receipts, plan notices). Marketing messages only where allowed and with an easy opt-out.
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers that host or support Studio (cloud hosting, storage/CDN, email, AI model providers, analytics needed to operate the product), under confidentiality obligations.
• Payment partners to process transactions you start.
• Other Studio users when you choose to share, post, message, or list content publicly.
• Authorities when required by applicable law or valid legal process.

5. Retention

We keep account, billing, and content records as long as your account is active and as needed for security, accounting, dispute handling, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of account data where the law allows; some records (for example paid invoices) may need to be retained.

6. Security

Studio uses HTTPS, access controls, and restricted server environments. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we use reasonable industry practices to protect data.

7. Your choices

• Update profile and account details in Studio settings.
• Request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us (subject to legal limits).
• Stop using Studio and close your account; unused prepaid credits may be subject to the Terms / refund policy.

8. Children

Studio is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9. International processing

Studio is owned and operated by Mercury Technologies from Trinidad and Tobago and may process data on servers or with vendors in other countries. By using Studio you understand that information may be transferred to those locations with appropriate safeguards where required.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
